This is a beautifully soft, draping hand crocheted shawl, edged in 42 pretty crocheted blossoms. I've created this using an ombré effect yarn cake with colours changing from pastel pink, green & yellow to a deep lemon and primrose. These stunning colours made me think of Spring and Primroses. The yarn feels light, cuddly and warm and is a pure delight to wear. It has a range of lacy crochet stitches and then the flowers are individually crocheted all along the edge to create a fantastically unusual and striking design with lots of visual interest. Use as a shawl or cosy up, wrapping as a scarf or cowl. You can wear this in heaps of different ways with the point hanging down your back, or down your front to keep you warm inside a winter coat or as an airy wrap on Spring and Summer days. I found mine invaluable both on holiday in the sunshine as a wrap in the evenings and then with my thick coat at home! This design is called Tea Flower, a pattern by Mijo Crochet. Why not add a wooden shawl pin too? Search Shawl pin to find the ones I have available.
