Oversize Polka Dot Crochet Blanket / Throw

(yay retro!)

This is a lovely handmade crochet throw or small blanket which is made up of unusual huge polka dot granny squares of my own design. Made using the join-as-you-go method this features bright orange, green, turquoise, yellow and hot pink yarn, along with the soft colour changing merry-go-round yarn. All the squares are edged in charcoal yarn to strengthen the impact of the bright colours.
