Biltons 70s Serving Dish
Oh so simple, yet stylish seventies serving dish ;o)
This lovely large bowl would be ideal for a green salad or why not make our favourite salad:
Recipe for Melon and Salami Salad:
Cube a whole melon (we like Galia)
Add 1/2 bag of rocket leaves
Snip some slices of Salami into little pieces to sprinkle on top (about 4 slices each should do it)
Add a handful of Halkidiki Olives
For the dressing:
Mix some basalmic vinegar with some light olive oil (same quantities of each) in a jar with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
Pour over the salad and enjoy a stunning summery salad - serve with french bread or poppy seed crackers.
