Wood's Ware Jasmine cups & saucers for sale
During the war years Woods made 3 popular ranges of utility cups and saucers in the 1940s, the most often seen being Wood's Beryl, a muted green china. The others were Jasmine - a soft yellow, and Iris a pale blue.
Many people will recall their grandparents having sets of this china, which included plates, jugs, bowls and serving dishes. We have found it very difficult to track down a full set of Jasmine tea cups and saucers, and are thrilled that we finally have a set of 6 in the yay retro! shop for people to buy.
Wood's Ware is one of the most popular items in the yay retro! shop at the moment, with much of it selling very quickly. Right now we have a Beryl teapot, tea plates and this set of Jasmine cups and saucers. Why not take a look by clicking on the picture?
Wood & Sons made cups & saucers and a wide range of tableware at The New Wharf Potteries and Stanley Potteries in Burslem in the North of England for 140 years
