Retro Tupperware

yay! for vintage Tupperware!  In 1946 Earl Silas Tupper invented the plastic range of storage containers which famously 'burp' when the lid is sealed.  Renowned for keeping food fresh, they are ideal as they can be used in the fridge or freezer.

The Tupperware company was the first who thought of selling their products directly to customers in their homes via the now famous 'Tupperware parties', often fun games and quizzes were held, along with nibbles and buffets to encourage housewives to spend. The party plan idea continues to be copied by companies such as Virgin Vie, Ann Summers and Jamie at Home.

yay retro! have a set of 3 round Tupperware containers in stock, the lids can be mixed or matched to create a colourful storage set! Why not snap them up today?
