Top 3 Springtime Vintage Picks at yay retro! Spring has sprung and unsurprisingly, the items being searched for in the yay retro! vintage shop have altered from warming soup bowls, enamel pots and pans to 1960 and 70s Spring time florals :O)
The top three items must-have being browsed on the yay retro! vintage website this week are:
1. The fabulously rare yellow Hornsea Springtime cruet set - designed by John Clappison. This is a serious collectors piece and much sought after, so well worth taking a look. We think this would brighten any vintage home.
2. Our stunning 1960s Dunmoy flowery tablecloth and napkin set covered in bright orange and yellow flowers. This could also be used for innumerable sewing and craft projects.
3. Our boxed set of bright orange flowery Worcesterware spice tins. We've never found a complete set in their rack before, and certainly not in their original box and unused - these beauties are something to be bought and treasured. (As seen in blue on BBC2's "Back in Time for Dinner")
