So here we go with our very easy apple crumble recipe:

2oz oats
3oz sugar
Using your finger tips rub the ingredients together in a Pyrex mixing bowl until the mixture resembles fine crumbs
The apples
Next peel and core some cooking apples, chop them into pieces and pop them into an Pyrex ovenproof bowl with a tablespoon of water.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the apples are soft. (If you don't have a microwave, don't worry you can simmer in a saucepan on the hob)
Cooking your Crumble
Pop the crumble topping over the cooked apples in the Pyrex dish and put in an oven at 200c, cook until the topping is golden brown
Serve
In a pretty Pyrex sundae dish with custard or clotted cream...mmmm!
